Sheryl underwood is a comedian as well as a host on television and performer from the United States of America. She's most well-known for her work as The Talk's co-host on the daytime. She was born in Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl has a turbulent family. She spent the majority of her young life caring for her sister Frankie who was afflicted by the disease of polio. As a child, her relationship with mother was rocky. Sheryl states that one time her mother cut her dad due to his proximity. Sheryl joined up the military soon after she graduated college. Her passion was comedy. The show was named the first ever female finalist in the Miller Lite Comedy Search, that was held in the year 1989. Her TV career started in 1992 when she was a guest actor on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. In 2000, she hosted Oh Drama! Oh Drama! Since 2011, she has been hosting as a co-host of the talk show The Talk. She has also been in fictional roles on shows including Bulworth Nikki, and Beauty Shop.
