Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian and TV personality best known as the anchor for The Talk, a popular talk show broadcast on daytime television. Sheryl Underwood, born in Arkansas was raised in Arkansas among Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl is from a troubled family. She spent the majority of her young life caring for her younger sister Frankie suffering from polio. While she was growing older she had numerous arguments with her mum. Sheryl claims that in an instance she was stabbed by her mother's father when he became too intimate with her. Sheryl became a member of the military shortly after graduating from the college. Her passions were in comedy. She was the first woman to win the Miller Lite Comedy Search in 1989. She began her TV career when she was regularly performing at the HBO Comedy Show Def Comedy Jam in 1992. She was a guest as host of Oh Drama! as the host in the year 2000. She is currently a co-host on the talk talk show from the year 2011. In addition, she has been a fictional character in shows such as Bulworth Nicki and Beauty Shop.
