Lisa Edelstein has been an American actress for over twenty years. Her most famed role is for her performance in House on Fox. Growing up in Wayne in conservative Jewish traditions, she moved to New York City at the age of eighteen to study acting at the Tisch School of Arts. The school quickly became a fixture in the scene of clubs in New York. Her shows were so impressive that local media took notice. Then she used her experience as well her fame to compose and write a musical called Positive Me as well as to appear in the show. In the following year, she was hired by MTV to host Awake on the Wild Side. Once the program was over, she went on to work in movies as well as TV productions. The first time she worked, she was able to get tiny roles and then established herself in the process of becoming an actor.
